CHURCH HEALTH LEADERSHIP TEAM

SUMMARY OF WORK

1.  Facilitated Refocus/Vitality Seminars in 61 congregations.

2.  Trained 58 congregations (approximately 3,000 people) in building an evangelistic culture using the “3 Circles” evangelism tool.

3.  Conducted 11 Transitional Pastor training events that trained 96 people.

4.  Instructed 11 congregations in the “Purpose and Design of a Healthy Church”.

5.  Facilitated approximately 55 individuals to become Church Health Coaches.

6.  Facilitated the connection of 131 inquiring individuals to an EPC congregation as a result of a partnership with Gloo/He Get Us campaign.

RECOMMENDATIONS (DETAILED)

The CHLT recommends to the 44th General Assembly to amend the Book of Government sections 10-7 and 9-5 C.3 concerning Transitional Pastors. Details are submitted though the Ministerial Vocation Committee Report.
