COST
ATTENTION: Do You Have Children or Students?
EXCITING NEWS!!! This year we are again providing activities for children and youth. We would love for your children to join you. See costs below. Please note, due to the planning involved for the various fun events we are not able to have “pay-per-day” costs. The cost below per student gives families the opportunity to have their child involved in all three days of events.
REGISTRATION FEES PER DATE:
April 1 through May 15 | “Early Bird” Registration
Register early and save! Here is the information for those “Early Birds”.
Cost is $325 per person. The cost per child is $175 per child to participate in children and student events. The registration fee for World Outreach (WO) participants is $125.
All of these “Early Bird” prices are good through May 15.
May 16 (12:01 AM ET) through June 10
The early registration discount ends on May 16. At that time the fee increases to $375 per person ($200 per child/students) and $175 for WO.
June 11 (12:01 AM ET) through Event | Late Registration
It happens, you forgot or were late to register, but we still want you to attend! Late registration begins June 11 at 12:01 AM EST with a fee of $395 per person ($225 per child/student) and $200 for WO.
One Day Pass Option
The cost for a Day Pass is $85.
Please Note: The “Day Pass” option is for commissioners and observers who can only attend one day (sorry, no “Day Pass” for children/students). If you plan on being there more than one day, please see price schedule above.
Meal Information
All registration fees above include lunch each day. On-campus dinners Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are optional at a cost of $25 per person.

NETWORKING LUNCHES & EQUIPPING SESSIONS
This year, Networking Lunches take place Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday while Equipping sessions will only take place on Tuesday and Wednesday, giving opportunities for most of the Business Sessions that take place on Thursday.
Take advantage of connecting with others with similar ministry interests by attending any of a variety of Networking Lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday. Pick up your lunch and enjoy a time of fellowship and enrichment from 12:00-1:00 PM. (Eastern Time) each day.
Click here for a complete list of this year’s Networking Lunches.
Equipping Sessions will be occurring Tuesday and Wednesday from 1:15 PM until 2:45 PM. This is a time for church leaders to be challenged and grow in areas of Gospel Priorities.

Memorials Form
For notifying the Memorials and Appreciation Committee of EPC Ruling Elders and Teaching Elders who have passed away since the previous Assembly.
ASSEMBLY HOTELS
There are no “official” General Assembly hotels. Commissioners are encouraged to use a hotel aggregate site, such as Expedia, Hotels.com, Kayak, Priceline, TripAdvisor, or others to make hotel reservations. Airbnb and vrbo.com are increasingly popular options for groups and families wanting to reserve a private rental home. Ward Church is located at 40000 Six Mile Rd, Northville, MI 48168. Numerous hotels are in the vicinity.
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: I submitted the Ruling Elder Commissioner Certification Form for our church. Do these REs still need to register for GA?
A: Yes, all Commissioners (TE and RE) need to register for the Assembly. This is separate from being certified by their church.
Q. I only want to attend one session during the Assembly. Do I still need to register?
A. Yes, but if you are only attending one session on one day you can purchase a Day Pass at a reduced rate. This is available through the online registration form.
Q: What hotels have a discounted EPC General Assembly rate?
A: None. The cost and administrative load involved with hotel contracts for GA has become prohibitive. We now recommend online hotel booking sites like expedia, kayak, hotels.com, etc., to find a room that fits your budget. In addition, vacation rental homes such as Airbnb and vrbo are an increasingly popular option for people who are open to sharing accommodations.
