SUMMARY OF WORK

1. The committee began meeting as of February, 2025 with our first meeting used as an opportunity to introduce ourselves to one another.

2. The committee has identified resources to consider and have begun research.

WORK OF THE COMMITTEE

The 44th General Assembly voted to create a moderator-appointed, Ad-Interim Committee on Disability and Access. Our task is to draft a Pastoral Letter on Disability and access, especially regarding the sacraments. We are pleased to have a cross-section of members from all across our denomination who have committed to meet monthly via Zoom. We plan to meet in-person following the 45th General Assembly.
