FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Q: I submitted the Ruling Elder Commissioner Certification Form for our church. Do these REs still need to register for GA?
A: Yes, all Commissioners (TE and RE) must register for the Assembly. This is separate from and in addition to being certified by their church.
Q. I only want to attend one session, lunch, or dinner during the Assembly. Do I still need to register?
A. Yes, all attendees must be registered and have a name badge. If you are only attending for one day you can purchase a Day Pass at a reduced rate. This is available through the online registration form.
Q. My spouse wants to attend evening worship with me. Does he/she need to register?
A. No, worship is always available (space permitting) for all to attend.
Q. Can my family just “hang out” at the church and use the church playground while I attend sessions?
A. No, for security reasons all persons on campus must be registered and have a name badge.Ā
Q: What hotels haveĀ a discounted EPC General Assembly rate?
A: Because of the prohibitive cost and administrative load involved with hotel contracts, hotel discounts are not available. We recommend online hotel booking sites like Expedia, Kayak, Hotels.com, etc., to find a room that fits your budget. Vacation rental homes such as Airbnb and Vrbo are also a popular option.
